Did you know that tart cherries are really, really good for you? They are a power house food! Woohoo! Enjoy!
Cherry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups pitted, tart cherries (unsweeted) frozen
1 cup non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice
