Friday is a day of the week that everyone looks forward to! And we want to have our own healthy version of the Happy Hour. Each Friday we’ll share an inspiring real-life fitness story. They may have lost a lot of weight, finally mastered a headstand, ran 1 mile for the first time or changed the way they eat. Whatever their story may be, it will inspire all of us to either stay on the healthy track OR start living a healthy life.

But there is another reason behind Fitness Friday. Perhaps you workout and eat healthy Monday-Friday and then take the weekend off. Well, we would encourage you to stay on track each and every day. Don’t throw away all your hard work from the previous week! Hopefully these stories will encourage, motivate, inspire, and challenge you to stay or get back on the healthy track!
