In 2012 we are doing 12 monthly goals. Each month is a new goal and by December 31, 2012 you will have (hopefully) had a very healthy year! Join the Healthy12 movement and be responsible for your health!

If you are on Twitter, use the hashtag #Healthy12 and/or #wellnesschat. If you are on Facebook, post here with your goal success or struggles! Remember, we are all in this together, so invite a friend or two and let’s get healthy together!

  • Incredible source of iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium.
  • Wheat Grass detoxifies and cleanses the body and strengthens immune system
