		<description>I honestly don&#039;t have trouble eating the right food.  I love healthy great tasting food.  I think what most have described is the cravings that hit when we try to deny ourselves too much....or when boredom or stress sets in.  Food notoriously comforts us.  I think the key is to not be hungry and to allow ourselves small amounts of what we love so we don&#039;t go crazy and eat it until we finally get out fill.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve started baking with almond flour, which cuts down the carb load GREATLY, and lets me eat a cookie without all the downside of carbs, calories and sugar.  The almond flour is a pure protein, and the treats are sweetened with agave, so there&#039;s no spike in blood sugar either.  I can eat a cookie or two as a before-run snack, and actually feel fueled instead of bonking or feeling like I need to work it off.</description>

		<description>Love this post! I eat healthy 98% of the time, but that 2% absolutely kills me.  I love your  questions for pre-eating. We work so hard to stay in shape, I&#039;m not ready to let a cookie/brownie/cake etc eating sesh derail my hard work :)</description>
