How do I fit it in?

Find it hard to get workouts in? Does the end of day come and no sweat fest has happened? Well my friends. I have genius tip for you:) get up early! Seriously! Getting up 30 minutes earlier will jump start your day. Get your sweat fest in first thing. You will feel so much better at the end of the day! I promise!

That’s why I got up at 4 am this Sunday to go swimming before work. I know if I wait until after work it won’t happen. So early it is!

This has always been a difficult thing for me. “Fitting it in”. I always make sure everyone else is taken care of first, including family, clients, the dogs. Last week I got up early every morning and fit my exercise in before work. Felt great! Wasn’t as successful this morning as I’ve been sick with a cold
But plan on taking the dog for a walk this afternoon. I struggle, but I know in my heart that if I do it I will feel so much better.
